Dr Tom Clark acting Medical Director

Dr Tom Clark graduated from Guy's, King's and St Thomas' School of Medicine in 2004 and completed his Consultant training in General, Geriatric and Stroke Medicine in 2013. He joined Oxleas as a Consultant Physician and Deputy Medical Director in January 2020.

Prior to joining Oxleas, Tom was a Geriatrician and Stroke Physician at King’s College Hospital where he held the positions of Stroke Clinical Lead and Transformation Clinical Director. Tom’s interest in leadership was sparked following the completion of an MSc in leading and managing in healthcare in 2014, for which he received a distinction and research prize.

Having moved from working in acute trusts to the community, Tom is passionate about partnership working and ensuring care transitions are coordinated and that patients receive the highest quality care in the most appropriate settings.
