Step this way to have your say

We are excited to announce the launch of ‘Our Next Step’, a series of conversations with everyone who is part of Oxleas, to help shape our strategy for the next five years.

These conversations are already taking place across our services and we’d love you to join us on our journey by getting involved.

We know that it is you, at the heart of our organisation, who know it best and it's vital to hear all of your views over the coming six months to help shape the future of Oxleas for all of us.

Thank you to everyone who has shared their views so far - by attending one of our Close to Home events, watching the webinars, and filling in our survey.

In the new year we will let you know about the next stage of #OurNextStep, and how you can get involved.

Until then, you can still contact us via email at oxl-tr.OurNextStep@nhs.net to share information and ideas.

You can also follow us on our social media channels (Twitter and Facebook) to keep up to date on where and when we’re having those conversations.

We look forward to hearing from you!

Webinars

On 14 November, we streamed a special digital event with Chief Executive, Matthew Trainer, and Sally Bryden, Associate Director of Corporate Affairs and Trust Secretary, where they shared their thoughts on the Reflect Day, along with what’s next for the #OurNextStep conversation.
