The Millbrook Ward team have shown great leadership, creativity and innovation bringing kindness, fairness, compassion and service user involvement to focus on two major quality improvement projects. Through the Safety in mental health settings project they implemented a number of change ideas to reduce restrictive practices while improving safety for everyone on the ward.  The team also participated in the Sexual Safety Quality Improvement National Collaborative Project resulting in Millbrook introducing a sexual safety ward charter.
