Intensive Community Support Team

The team has worked hard to support people with learning disabilities going through challenging times, their families and networks in order to prevent hospital admission and placement breakdowns and improve their quality of life. During staff consultations, home visits and network meetings, the team show concern and thoughtfulness to the welfare of clients, doing their very best to meet their needs and promote the voice and best interests of the person with a learning disability or autism.
