How to get help: Bromley Mental Health Services

Emergency help

For current service users in Bromley:

As part of your care planning, your care coordinator (the main person who is currently helping you) should give you detailed information on how to get in touch with the mental health services when required.

If it is an emergency and you are unable to contact your care-coordinator, you can contact the Duty Assessment Nurse via the 24 hour Bromley Crisis Line on 0845 608 0523.

You can also get emergency help at your nearest Accident and Emergency department:

Bromley Crisis Home Treatment Team

The Crisis Home Treatment Team work from 8am to 10pm every day of the week and can be contacted directly on 01689 880018 or by dialling Green Parks House on 01689 880000 and asking for Home Treatment Team. 

Outside of these hours please phone Green Parks House and ask for the Duty Senior Nurse.

Adult mental health services

During normal working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) you can telephone the Liaison and Intake Team at Stepping Stones in Bromley on 020 8466 2500.

Out of hours and weekend advice can be given from Green Parks House inpatient mental health unit by calling 01689 880000 and asking for the duty nurse.

Child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS)

If you wish to discuss a referral about your child, please telephone Bromley CAMHS on 020 8315 4430.

Older adults mental health service

If you are a current service user you can contact the Community Assessment and Therapy Team at  Bridgeways in Bromley on 020 8462 0170.
