As part of your care planning, your care coordinator (the main person who is currently helping you) should give you detailed information on how to get in touch with the mental health services when required.

You can also call the National Schizophrenia Fellowship helpline for Bexley. The English speaking helpline (0808 808 3333) is available Monday to Friday, 6pm - 12am. The Asian speaking helpline (0808 800 2673) is available on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6pm - 9pm and Tuesday to Friday 12pm - 3pm.

Bexley Learning Disability Team is a multi disciplinary team of professionals based at Adult Learning Disability Service, 3rd Floor, ‘B’ block, Queen Mary’s Hospital, Frognal Avenue, Sidcup DA14 6LT.
