Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust Publication Scheme

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust publishes information about the organisation under the classes of information outlined in this Publication Scheme. This Publication Scheme was adopted by the trust without modification on 1st January 2009 based on the model scheme approved by the Information Commissioner’s Office and will be valid until further notice.  

This Publication Scheme commits the trust to make information available to the public as part of its normal business activities. The information covered is classed in seven categories listed above. 

In addition to accessing the information identified in this Publication Scheme, you are entitled to request information about Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust under the Freedom of Information Act (2000).
