There are many ways to keep fit and healthy. Staying active can improve your energy levels, improve your breathlessness and reduce the risk of many chronic conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.

Active for health offers a free community based physical activity programme across the borough. For more information call 0800 5875833 or visit 

Healthwise is a physical activity referral scheme providing a wide range of exercise classes and individualised programmes for people with a health condition. These sessions are held at leisure centres around the borough. Your practice nurse or GP can refer you, or for more information call the Healthwise team on 020 8317 5000 ext 2130.
