Changes to Bromley services

Bromley Change 2010 - Pink Birds

From Tuesday 6 April 2010 Oxleas mental health services in Bromley changed.

In working age adult services there is now a Liaison and Intake Team (LIT) which operates as the single point of access into our services. There is a new Short term Intervention Team (SIT) and two new recovery teams.

In services for older adults there is a Community Assessment and Therapy Team, Day Hospital, Memory Service and two Community Mental Health Teams.

The changes are explained with contact details for the services in the leaflets below.

These changes have come about after several months of planning and consultation with staff, patients, carers, partner organisations and commissioners.

Director of Bromley Services Iain Dimond said “I would like to thank everyone involved in the consultation process. I am confident that these changes will help to make our services in Bromley more efficient and enable us to provide the best quality care.”
