Bracton bop to mark silver jubilee

Disco dancing

If you work or have ever in the past worked at the Bracton Centre - then dig out your dancing shoes, dust off your glad rags and get on down to the Bracton Centre Silver Jubilee bop on Friday 21 May. The fun starts at 7pm at the Holiday Inn at the Black Prince Interchange in Southwold Road, Bexley.

There will be a disco and buffet and tickets are just £5. All money raised will go to the Friends of Henri de Bracton charity and can be bought through Marlene Corke, Linda Frawley, Bill Stewart and Gerri Sharp. The Bracton Centre switchboard is 01322 294300.

And earlier at 3pm on the same day the Black Prince plays host to a further 25th anniversary event – celebrating the history of forensic mental health and the use of art in the recovery process.

There will be an exciting presentation of award winning art, writing and film work, with contributions from the Chief Executive of the Koestler Foundation and Cleo van Velsen, Forensic Psychotherapist.

If you would like to go along please call Gerri Sharp on 01322 297185 or email gerri.sharp@oxleas.nhs.uk
