It’s that time of year again … we are encouraging all Oxleas staff to get the needle.
The needle in question is of course the annual flu jab supplied free of charge to all Oxleas employees. This autumn the trust is making a real effort to encourage people to have the jab.
Associate Director of Nursing, Sarah Burchell, said: “I can’t emphasise strongly enough how important it is for our staff to have a flu jab. Not only will it help to keep you healthy during the winter months but it helps protect our patients as well."
And just to prove how serious she is Sarah volunteered along with Lead Nurse for Practice Improvement, Stacy Washington and Patient Safety Lead, Bryony Robertson, all based at Pinewood House, to be the first to get the jab this year.
Below is a list of all upcoming flu jab clinics scheduled for staff in various sites throughout the trust next month.
