Have your views heard at our borough focus groups

News item: 2012 Borough Focus Groups

Oxleas’ governors want to hear members' views on what they think trust priorities should be for the year 2012-13 to help develop the Annual Plan.

To achieve this, Oxleas is holding a series of borough focus groups to seek members’ views.

The first of these meetings will be held in Bromley on Wednesday 18 January 2012 at Community House, South St, Bromley BR1 1RH.

The second will be staged in the borough of Greenwich on Thursday 26 January at the Old Library, Charlton House, Charlton Road, Charlton SE7 8RE.

The third and final focus group, staged in Bexley, will be on Tuesday 31 January in the Applegarth Suite, Marriott Hotel, 1 Broadway, Bexleyheath DA6 7JZ.

For all the above events the doors will open at 5.45pm for refreshments. The events start at 6.15pm and will end by 7.30pm.

If you are planning to go to any of these meetings please email foundation.trust@oxleas.nhs.uk with your details and which of the three meetings you would like to attend.

If you can’t attend but want to have your say you can do so by emailing your views or comments to: foundation.trust@oxleas.nhs.uk or you can give your views online by visiting www.surveymonkey.com/s/oxleaspriorities.

You can also post them to the Communications Department at Pinewood House, Pinewood Place, Dartford DA2 7WG.

The trust wants your views on:

  1. The possibility of increased support for families and carers? If so, how?
  2. Is there a need to provide better information for service users and carers? If so, in what way?
  3. How can Oxleas enhance care planning?
  4. Are there any ways the trust can improve the way it relates to both service users and carers?
  5. Any other views/comments people may wish to share regarding Oxleas' services.
