Our services unaffected by recent SLHT decision

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust can confirm that the community health and mental health services that we provide at Queen Mary’s Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Princess Royal University Hospital are not affected by the Health Secretary’s decision to possibly place South London Healthcare NHS Trust (SLHT) into administration. We will continue to provide these services.

The services we provide at the three South London Healthcare NHS Trust sites include:

Queen Mary’s:

  • Woodlands Unit (adult and older adult mental health inpatient services)
  • Urgent Care Centre (between the hours of 8am and 10pm, outside of these hours it is run by South East Health Ltd)
  • Step Up Step Down unit (intermediate care for adults)
  • Adult Speech and Language Therapy
  • Care Navigation Team (intermediate care to prevent hospital admissions)

Queen Elizabeth:

  • Oxleas House (adult and older adult mental health inpatient services)
  • Joint Emergency Team (intermediate care to prevent hospital admissions and facilitate discharge from hospital)
  • Health Visiting Liaison (link between hospital and community teams)
  • Specialist TB service

Princess Royal University Hospital

  • Green Parks House (adult and older adult mental health inpatient services)
