Deadline extended to nominate Oxleas staff for a recognition award

News: Who will you nominate for our Staff Recognition Awards? (2015)

It has come to that time of the year where we are looking for exceptional individuals and teams across our services for our annual Staff Recognition Awards.

Our members of staff are our biggest asset and we pride ourselves on their dedication, we want to know who you feel has improved the quality and experience of the people that use our services.

Help us recognise and celebrate outstanding work. Help us recognise those who need recognition.

And you've now got even longer to let us know who they are - the deadline has been extended until July 15th.

Please nominate who you believe deserves to be rewarded and credited for their hard work and dedication over the past year.

The categories for the awards will be based on our six values:

  • Having a user focus
  • Excellence
  • Being responsive
  • Learning
  • Partnership
  • Safety

There will also be an award for Leading and inspiring - this is for managers who have led and inspired their team(s).

Nominations close on Wednesday 15 July 2015. Staff, service users, carers and members can nominate any member of staff or team.

If you would like to make a nomination please complete and return the form and email to or print and send to: Communications Team, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, Pinewood House, Pinewood Place, Dartford, Kent DA2 7WG.
