Open information sessions are to take place to explain improvements being made as we reshape adult community mental health services for the future.
Improvements will include forging stronger links between our adult and older people mental health services and GP practices, better integration so people's mental and physical health issues are dealt with at the same time and building effective partnerships with voluntary and community groups.
The sessions will give service users and carers an opportunity to find out more about the plans and what they will mean for adult community mental health services in Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich.
They take place on:
Monday 7 September from 2.30-4.30pm at Charlton House Library, Hornfair Road, Charlton
Tuesday 8 September from 6.30-8.30pm at Community Links Bromley, Community House, South Street, Bromley
Monday 14 September from 6.30-8.30pm at Bexleyheath Central Library, 2 Townley Road, Bexleyheath
Tuesday 15 September from 6.30-8.30pm at Charlton House Library, Hornfair Road, Charlton
Wednesday 16 September from 1.30-3.30pm at Ripley Arts Centre, 24 Sundridge Avenue, Bromley
