Goodbye to our non-executive director James Kellock

News: James Kellock with Andy Trotter

At the end of October we said goodbye to James Kellock, who came to the end of his term of office as a non-executive director at Oxleas on 31 October.

James joined us a non-executive director in November 2009 and has had a strong interest in supporting our staff including chairing our Workforce Committee and sitting on the equality and human rights group.

James said: “Oxleas’ staff are its greatest asset and I have been privileged to meet and to work with a really dedicated group of professionals. The last nine years have been a lot of fun and you’ve taught me so much about the wonderful NHS.”

Many colleagues joined him at a leaving event last week where he was presented with a gift of an iPad case made by service users at the Bracton Centre.

Oxleas Chair Andy Trotter thanked James for his contribution to the trust over the years. “You have been a committed and dedicated member of the Board,” he said. “We will miss your experience, your wisdom and your passion for Oxleas and the NHS.”

Our new non-executive director

Following James’ departure, Nina Hingorani-Crain is joining us as a non-executive director on our Board of Directors.

Also a local resident, Nina took up her role from 1 November 2018.
