Greenwich Get Together 2

Oxleas’ teams were out in force on Saturday, 30 June 2018 participating in the Greenwich Get Together.

From their sunny pitch in No.1 Street in Woolwich, teams from our universal children's services, Greenwich Time To Talk, long term conditions, TB, dietetics, CASH and volunteering joined the stakeholder engagement team and governors Ben Spencer and Richard Diment to spend the day talking to visitors about the services we provide, signposting and signing up members along the way.

Public governor, Richard Diment, said: "It was scorchingly hot but good to see so many people interested in finding out more about our services."

Acting Chief Executive, Helen Smith, said: "I’d like to thank colleagues who were there on the day.

Our presence at events such as these encourages people to think about their health and enables them to talk about health issues they may have."
