We’ve got an exciting opportunity for graduates to start their career journey on our new Graduate Scheme.
We’re looking for people who are about to graduate or have recently graduated to start their career journey with us at Oxleas in the autumn.
Our first cohort of trainee mental health practitioners will work within our mental health teams across Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich in South-East London. The roles are for a two-year initial term after which they will be supported to secure a permanent position.
We’d love to hear from graduates who:
Roles include group facilitator, care coordinator associate, patient safety support officer, crisis care associate and inpatient care associate.
Director for Strategy and People, Rachel Clare Evans, said: “Oxleas is about improving lives and this is a hugely rewarding opportunity. We are proud to support over 2,000 people at any one time with their mental health and strive for them to be provided with great care. We want to make the most of the skills and talent graduates can offer and would love for them to come with us on this journey and make a difference to peoples’ lives.”
We will be holding an interactive online webinar on 5 May 2022, starting at 4.30pm where graduates can find out more.
