You told us....so we....

When people using our services give us feedback either directly, or through our Oxleas Patient Experience Questionnaire, it's really important that, where possible, we let people know what we're doing in response to this.

We use posters called 'You told us...so we..." in some of our service areas which show what people have told us could be better, and what we're doing to make improvements.

People also tell us what we're doing well which is very valuable feedback.
