What you told us and how we've responded
- Clients said it wasn't clear where you were in the queue to see the health visitor.
So we started a ticket system.
- Clients found the reception area had too much information.
So we removed all the old information and now ensure that only relevant information is placed in this area.
- Clients said they waited too long to see the doctor for their child's immunisations.
So we introduced another clinic for parents who do not require immunisations, to reduce the waiting time.
