What you told us and how we've responded

  • There aren't enough games, books and playing cards.
    So we will unlock the cupboard with games, books and playing cards when required by clients.
  • We need an information manual of what to expect when you come on the ward. 
    So we have information booklets printed and these will be distributed to clients.
  • The food is horrible! 
    So we
     are reviewing food providers and options. We have tasting sessions by different food providers.
