We care for people across South East London and Kent, by providing a wide range of health and social care, including community health services, mental health and learning disabilities services.

We work in many places, including people’s homes, community health centres, children’s centres, schools, prisons and hospitals.

Why not support your local NHS by becoming a member of Oxleas NHS foundation trust.  Being a member is the best way to keep up to date with what’s happening at Oxleas, have your say about our services and the decisions we make and find out about opportunities to get involved. 

Members can:

  • Receive our membership magazine, Oxleas Exchange.
  • Learn more about the services we provide.
  • Come to special events for members.
  • Tell us how you think we can improve services.
  • Find out about volunteering opportunities at Oxleas.
  • Help choose your governor by voting, or stand yourself, if over age 16.

As a member, you can get involved in many ways. How much you’re involved is up to you.

You don’t need any special skills or experience, you just need to be interested in the services we provide. Everyone has their own experience and views of their local NHS and these really help us to improve.

Who can join?

Membership is free.

You can join if you are 14 years of age or over and can answer yes to one of the following:

  • I live in England – you can join our Public constituency
  • I have used Oxleas services or cared for someone who has used Oxleas services in the last five years – you can join our Service User/Carer (patient) constituency and select a special interest group relevant to the services you use
