Consultants in training recruitment

Consultants provide clinical and statutory roles: Within the clinical role are key functions including leadership of complex care; leadership of teams, management of risk and management of multiple conditions.

Our Consultants occupy vital leadership positions within the multidisciplinary teams and are responsible for providing a well-rounded understanding of range of care interventions; taking a holistic view and overall responsibility for the co-ordination of effective care planning, while at the same time managing risk and setting boundaries for the team and patient.

Our Consultants also play a key role in providing supervision for our accredited training posts ensuring that a range of training initiatives that meet the stipulated curriculum are available.
