The term doctors’ in training refers to doctors who have graduated from medical school and are on a post graduate foundation or specialty training scheme.

Oxleas is a local provider of education to a number of doctors in training who as well as developing key competencies through educational activities are instrumental in providing essential medical cover across our services. As a local education provider, we offer a range of training opportunities across grades and specialties.

Oxleas is committed to ensuring that doctors in training can take advantage of opportunities to learn valuable skills in a safe and containing environment as part of a clinical service which prioritises good quality patient care and most of all develop into well-rounded medical practitioners.
