Hi there my Gp has referred me to this service today about the issues I'm having at the moment. How does it work ?

Hi I was a patient under the HTT I found ALL the staff and nurses were kind and helpful to me.

I would like to say Thank You to everyone who looked after me in my time of need.

Dear Andrew

Thank you for taking the time to leave this comment.

We are very pleased to hear that you had a positive experience of the Home Treatment Team.

We will make sure this gets fed back to them.

Best wishes

Director of Greenwich Adult Services and Trustwide Learning Disability Services

Terrible, if I could give no stars then I would. I was there a month. The consultant psychiatrist wanted me out from day one. I was pretty much left to my own devices and even though I couldn't go out on my own because I was so scared of doing something stupid, I would take another patient with me to the local shop next door. They simply would not listen to what I was telling them. Then on a Friday evening I was given 20 minutes to get my stuff together because they wanted to cart me to some urine soaked drug addled bed and breakfast even further away from my family. I had to fight like a hellcat to remain over the weekend, I pleaded with them that I was not ready to go back into the outside world. When I was discharged 4 days later I ended up in another mental health unit far away from there less than 40 hours later. I got better more intensive help at another place than I could ever have got at green parks house. They just wanted to move people on without helping you. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! This place should close as quickly as possible and the consultants should be retrained. It was truly a waste of time being there

Dear Mark

We read with concern your comment and want to apologise for any distress you may have experienced whilst an inpatient within our services.

Our services aspire to support patients within an inpatient setting for the appropriate period of time with the utmost attention to quality of care. We understand that when we do not achieve this it has a significant impact on patient experience.

We are keen to learn from these occasions in order to improve. Lawrence Yong, Modern Matron, who is in charge of the unit, would be happy to meet with you to discuss your experience and concerns. Lawrence can be contacted on 01689 880000.

Kind regards

Dear Oxleas,

I do agree with other parents about the lack of communication since all the changes have been introduced.

Over the last months I had to call several times to have news about appointments/need to communicate with my health visitor. I had even to call my Health Centre as I couldn't contact my health visitor.

Moreover it's not that comfortable to attend 3h sessions with babies.

Although I tend to be prepared by myself, could you please tell me which is the nearest place where those sessions are held in my area? I live very close to Rachel McMillan Children Centre.

Best regards,

Dear Oxleas,
Thank you so much for your care over the years. I actually miss your care after being at home for one year. I just wanted to say that I think the best thing about oxleas is that it is drug free, you are not even allowed cigarettes which I think is beautiful. (But I myself will have trouble quitting smoking as a smoker myself) Do you help with quitting smoking? And do you help with alcoholism? Because I'm turning into an alcoholic and will need help soon.Thank you love from Sunjot.

I had a nail surgery done on the 12th of May 2017 at Garland Road Clinic by Christian who was an absolute gentle and warm personality and this is to thank him for everything. My toe is healing progressively.
The follow up appointment on the 15th May 2017 was by Karyn at the Fairfield Centre she is also kind and warm. We should be proud of our NHS. God Bless you all.

Can you please let me know if Becket secondary schools buy in speech and language. In particular if St Columbus secondary school buy in this service. If some secondary schools buy in this service can you please list the schools close to Belvedere

Been using Mental Health services for 25 plus years in all that time seen so many Consultants & CPN'S l have lost count. My current care coordinator is the worst that l have had. Hardly ever gets in touch makes appointments to see me then doesn't turn up or call me to say they are unable to make the appointment. I get blamed for not attending CPA meetings even though the care coordinator has neglected to inform me.

I have used both the slade and Brookhill children centres breastfeedng groups while on maternity leave with both my children back in 2014 and this year.

I found both groups extremely helpful socially: you get to get out of your own nest, and compare breastfeedng experiences with other mums, which is great in itself.

What I found different though between the two groups is the level of professionalism and technical skills of the breastfeeding consultants (not sure if this is their actual title). I had very difficult breastfeeding experiences with both my children, going through mastitis, blocked ducts, thrush, shooting ductal thrush, nipple blisters, nipple trauma etc... when I had my first child, i didn't know any better, this was my reality and I've endured breastfeeding through the pain. I talked about my issues at the slade, but did not get much of a technical support at all, so I just kept going with the pain and poor weight gain for my baby. This year though, I happened to go to the slade one day when another consultant was attending covering for the usual lady. I get to talk to her because she actively came to me asking how I was doing. So I express my pain, once again, my baby not latching at all, the struggle and the disappointment. From my story she thinks it might be a tongue-tie problem, so she examines my baby there and then and finds out it is in fact tongue tie. After a second consultation she referres me to King's tongue tie clinic and I soon after had the division operated for my baby. I have since been breastfeeding my baby to my owe and wonder! I want to thank Isabelle Pressac for her work and dedication, it truly made a difference!

I can see that her and her colleague's approach at Brookhill' breastfeeding group is very attentive and technical. and I am wondering whether this shouldn't be the case at all breastfeeding groups....thank you!

Dear Maria

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback after using our breast feeding groups. We have passed your thanks and praise on to Isabelle.

We are very pleased to hear that the feeding problems with your new baby have been resolved so effectively. We are always working towards improving our services and have provided our Breast Feeding Advocates with additional training regarding management of tongue tie since the time when you were visiting our breast feeding group with your first baby.

If you would like to discuss your experiences of using breast feeding groups in person, please contact me at
