How are we doing?

Oxleas NHS collects patient experience feedback across all services. Feedback from carers is also welcomed. The survey consists of 6 questions that cover key areas including information, involvement and dignity & respect.

This feedback allows services to find out what they are doing well and where improvements can be made. Methods used to obtain patient feedback include paper questionnaires and real time feedback using tablets.
