Patient Experience Group Reports

The Patient Experience team produce a report detailing the feedback from the patients and carers who access Oxleas services. This report is reviewed at the Trust Patient Experience Group (PEG) meetings that are held every two months. The reports are also discussed at the Business Executive and Performance and Quality Committee meetings to ensure that the feedback is reported to the highest level. 

The reports contain the feedback provided in the patient experience surveys in addition to the complaints and compliments received. The information demonstrates areas where Oxleas services are doing well and areas which require improvements.
