What is the ‘SEE’?

What is the SEE?

Here at Oxleas, we are passionate about improving our services by finding out what is important to our patients and making changes to services based on their experience. We also value the perspective of patient’s carers, families and our staff members.

The service experience evaluation (SEE) is an interactive feedback collection day where the Patient Experience team enters any form of Oxleas service to have informal discussions with patients, carers, family members and staff to find out what we are doing well and what we could improve on.

Oxleas is always looking for opportunities to promote wellbeing. The service experience evaluation incorporates a platform whereby thoughts and feelings of mental and/or physical health struggles can be displayed anonymously by patients, families, carers and staff in order to promote a supportive peer culture.

Any feedback where we can action an improvement will be completed by the service and any feedback which is suitable to showcase will be shared to celebrate the success of excellent patient care and recognise our staff who have provided that particular care and treatment. We are striving to complete the SEE project every 6-8 weeks within different Oxleas services.
