Living well with your health condition

  • Do you have a long-term health condition which is causing persistent problems with anxiety and low mood?
  • Are your physical symptoms making it hard to cope with everyday life?
  • Does your illness leave you feeling emotionally exhausted, lacking in confidence or struggling with motivation?

If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, then you’re not alone. More than 16.5 million people in England have a long-term physical health condition and of that number, one in three also experience anxiety or depression.

The good news is that the Long-Term Conditions Service at Greenwich Time to Talk is here to help. We offer psychological therapy to help you to adjust to, manage and live well with your health condition.
