Bridge is a leading mental health and wellbeing charity providing support services to the community of the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Bridge's support empowers clients to become the best of themselves and to lead fulfilling lives.

Bridge run the following services:
 
Flexible Community Support Service: This service provides you with flexible support up to 20 hours per week including evenings and weekends. This allows you to develop the skills to live independently in your own home and within your community.
 
Medium Support Service:  The Medium Support Service offers on-site supported accommodation. This allows you to live with independence within the community while having access to support workers every day from 9am-9pm.
 
Women-only Service: Bridge provides a pioneering, purpose-built support service for women aged 18-65 with mental health problems, comprising of one-bed self-contained flats.
 
Tilt Project: The Tilt service continues to break new ground in forensic mental health support. Bridge have an excellent record in providing support for ex-offenders with mental health problems who show a strong commitment to making progress in their recovery.
 
Housing Management: For many years, Bridge has worked successfully with different organisations, clinical teams and community partners to provide a complete housing and support service.

Recovery College: Bridge runs a Recovery College in the heart of the community in Woolwich, South East London. Enrol to enjoy many educational courses to develop life skills and aid wellbeing.
