Bromley & Lewisham Mind works alongside people with mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. Services include:

  • Community Mental Health Support in Bromley & Lewisham to help people with mental health problems and their carers achieve personal goals and aspirations, increase confidence, develop life skills, work and connect to their local community.
  • Perinatal Support in Bromley and Lewisham offering practical, emotional and social support to help new mums and pregnant women build their resilience and manage their wellbeing.
  • School Resilience Consultancy to assist schools in supporting children and young people to manage their mental health.
  • Dementia Support Centres in Beckenham and St. Paul’s Cray offer stimulating activities and social interaction in a safe environment for people with dementia.  The centres help people retain their skills and interests and give family carers a break from caring.
  • Respite at Home Service provides the carers of people with dementia with a much needed break knowing their relative is well cared for.
  • Dementia advice and information for adults with dementia and their carers across Bromley & Lewisham.
