The Children's Community Nursing Team provides a range of services to support children and young people who require skilled nursing support in their own home, school, clinic or a community setting. They are a team of specialist children's nurses and healthcare assistants who provide a range of services for children with complex, chronic or acute healthcare needs.
Christmas / New Year opening:
Community Children’s Nursing Team will be available Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. The service does not work Bank Holidays. Continuing Care will be provided over the Christmas period and local on-call arrangements are in place. Contact number: 0203 004 0092.

Trains travel regularly to Sidcup station from London Charing Cross, London Bridge, Waterloo East, Cannon Street and New Cross as well as Dartford, Gravesend, Slade Green and Crayford. The hospital is about 25 minutes walk from Sidcup station or you can take a bus or taxi – buses 160, 229 and 286 run between the hospital grounds and the train station.
The hospital is beside the A20 Sidcup Bypass, and you should come off at Frognal Corner onto the A222. Queen Mary’s Hospital has 350 pay and display public parking spaces with bays for people with disabilities outside each main building. There is a paved area to the rear of the Snack Box cafe for motorcycles (C Block). Cycle racks are also near the cafe.
