Together Support Services provide support to those who may be suffering from mental distress.
This support usually takes place within their homes but they often encourage their service users to engage with other social activities. They are the oldest Mental Health support service in the country and can offer a wide range of mental health support services throughout the UK.
They can offer forensic services, advocacy, drug and alcohol misuse support, day services, residential rehabilitation and community support services.
In the Borough of Bexley they currently have a mental health rehabilitation service called Chapel Hill Project and a Community Support Service.
The Community Support Service is based in Erith. They can offer support with many different issues including support with maintaining the home environment, tenancy issues, outstanding bills, budgeting planning. Support with cooking, meal planning, shopping, applying for benefits, social inclusion – support to apply for voluntary or paid work, social inclusion, educational courses. Support with medication issues. etc.
They also offer a Friendship Group which takes place in their offices, and a cooking club which takes place at the Local CMHT centre Park Crescent.
They are a friendly experienced staff team that are able to provide support for their service users to achieve their chosen goals and aspirations
