Graham Turner | Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice

I became a Partnership Governor in 2021.

The main part of my career in the RAF was providing advanced pre-hospital emergency care with an emphasis on trauma.

I have also gained years of experience within primary healthcare, particularly as a rapid response Paramedic.

I later commenced in a career in Palliative Care following a long-term personal interest in the subject.

I have now been afforded the pleasure of becoming the Director of Care and Service Transformation at Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice in Southeast London.

I was keen to better understand the local NHS landscape, learn from their experience and offer my own experience where appropriate.

Ultimately, I enjoy being in a position where I’m able to to help inform and improve the quality of care received by patients and their loved ones.

I have a young family that keeps me busy, but my personal interests include raising money for charities and enjoying films.
