Our governors
Our Council of Governors acts as a link between service users, carers, staff, the general public and the trust Board of Directors.
They support the Board of Directors in setting the long-term vision for our organisation and hold the non-executive directors to account for the actions of the Board. Our Board of Directors has a duty to consult and listen to the views of the Council of Governors.
Our 37 Governors are elected to represent membership constituencies:
- Public
- Service user/carer
- Staff
- Appointed

Oxleas' Annual Members' Meeting (AMM) 2026
You are warmly invited to join this year’s Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) on Monday 26 October from 4pm to 5.30pm.
This is a hybrid event, so you can choose to join us online or in person – whatever works best for you.
If you’re attending in person, we’ll be in the Francis Suite, Tall Trees Day Centre, Goldie Leigh Hospital, Lodge Hill, Abbey Wood SE2 0AS. Spaces are limited, so please make sure to book your place early.
