The Greenwich Single Point of Access (SPA) team is the central point of contact for the service.  They can be contacted via:

Please contact SPA if;

• You need to change your appointment time
• You can’t make your appointment
• You no longer want an appointment
• Your address, phone number, email address, GP or child’s school changes
• You require further copies of your child’s reports
• You need information about your child’s referral/s
