Azara Mukhtar took up the position of Interim Director of Finance with Oxleas in January 2020 and was appointed substantively in February 2021.

She has previously held a number of senior finance roles at Croydon Health Services, NHS London, Barts & The London and Guy’s & St Thomas’.

She is a CIMA qualified accountant and started her NHS career in April 1995.  After graduating from Dundee University, she joined KPMG for a three-year training contract working with a wide range of audit clients.
