Join service user and carer selection panel

Are you a service user or carer for someone using Oxleas services who would like a role in the recruitment of our staff?

We’re seeking a pool of Oxleas service users and carers to participate in job selection panels for staff for all physical and mental health directorates.

This includes services for children, adults and older adults in Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich.

Oxleas believes that to recruit the right staff it will benefit from having service users/carers on the interview panel.

To undertake this role, you will need to express an interest and undergo an informal interview process if successful you will be required to attend and complete a half day of training which will be provided by Oxleas staff. 

You will also need to have the right to work in the UK and be prepared to undergo all recruitment checks including a DBS. 

Service users and carers will be paid for participating on the interview panels (London Living Wage/hr), but not the training. We will also cover your travel expenses and lunch.

Successful applicants must be available to complete the training that will be held early in 2023.
