Join us at our Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) 2024
Our Annual Members’ Meeting is almost here and we’d love for you to join us.
As our official end of year meeting, we review the year, our plans and future developments.
All members are welcome to attend and this year, it will be held on Wednesday 23 October 2024 at the County Ground in Beckenham.
Timings:
11am – 11.30am: Registration
11.30am – 1pm: Showcase and sessions
1pm – 2pm: AMM (live streamed) and lunch
2pm – 3.30pm: Showcase and sessions
3.30pm: Close
Please feel free to join us for part or all of the meeting.
As well as a showcase of technology developments, such as Virtual Reality (VR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersafety and Oxcare, the following bookable digital sessions are available:

Exploring Today's Digital Innovations and Tomorrow's Vision in Our Services
Stay Cybersafe: Protecting Yourself at Home and Work
These sessions will be held in the morning and repeated in the afternoon, specific timings tbc. Book now to avoid disappointment.
The deadline for booking and dietary requirements is 10am on 2 October.
