Moving in day for Bromley Mental Health Hub
Colleagues came together to celebrate at the Bromley Mental Health Hub move-in day event.
On Thursday 13 June, the Bromley Mental Health Hub team met with Andrew George, Oxleas Chair, Ify Okocha, Oxleas Chief Executive Officer and Dominic Parkinson, Director of Services, South East London Mind (SEL Mind), to celebrate the official move-in day at the recently refurbished Hub in Beckenham.
Andrew George said:
“It was great to see how the refurbished space has allowed partnership working between South Eeast London Mind and Oxleas to flourish.
I saw an energetic and united team, focussed on the needs of the people that they serve, who are bringing complementary skills and expertise together and learning from each other."
Dominic Parkinson said:
“It was really great to be able to invite Ify and Andrew along to the hub to show them the new, accessible premises.
It’s a bright and inviting space with a real community feel, which makes it a more calming environment and offers a more positive experience to those both facilitating or attending appointments.”

Our media team is responsible for:
- Responding to media queries
- Arranging interviews with our nationally and internationally renowned experts who can talk about some of the trust’s specialist topics

Filming and photography requests
We receive documentary, location and broadcast filming requests on a regular basis – we consider all proposals on an individual basis and will try to accommodate proposals where possible, if appropriate.
No photography or filming is permitted without prior arrangement and agreement. Our patients always come first and we have a duty to protect their safety and confidentiality. Anyone found filming or taking photographs on the trust premises without the permission of the trust’s communications team will be asked to leave by the security department and may face prosecution.
Unless agreed otherwise, film crews and photographers must be accompanied by a member of the Communications Team at all times.
