New graduates welcome to Oxleas
We welcomed more than 20 new colleagues this week as part of our new Graduate Scheme.
Through this innovative programme, a cohort of trainee mental health practitioners have been recruited who will be working with teams across Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich.
"I am delighted to welcome such a diverse and enthusiastic group to Oxleas," said Chief Executive Dr Ify Okocha at the graduates' welcome event. "We look forward to working with you and supporting your careers here."
There was a high number of applications to this year's scheme and we will be looking to repeat this next year.
