Their commitment to engaging staff at all levels, and their palpable connection to the communities the trust serves is inspiring.”
Members of our shadow executive, wellbeing champions, staff network and staff assembly leads were part of the Oxleas team that picked up the award. Collecting the trophy on behalf of Oxleas, Medical Director Abi Fadipe said:
