You're invited to our Annual Members' Meeting

Scene from our Annual Members Meeting 2023

It’s almost time for our Annual Members’ Meeting (AMM) – and this year, we’re coming to you!

Join us in person in Bexley, Bromley and the Royal Borough of Greenwich boroughs on Wednesday 18 October 2023.

We’ll be visiting three venues throughout the day. Our AMM is your opportunity to hear what we have been doing during the past year and find out about our plans for the year ahead. We’ve lots to update you on and want to hear your views too, so in addition to presentations from our Board, there will be an opportunity to ask questions, join discussions and feedback on our strategy and priorities.

Healthcare advice, support and information will also be available from those we work in partnership with during a marketplace session at each location.

Join us from:

  • 10am to 12.30pm (London Borough of Bexley) at The Nest Library and Community Building, Cygnet Square, Thamesmead, SE2 9FA
  • 1pm to 3.30pm (Royal Borough of Greenwich) at Progress Hall, Admiral Seymour Road, Eltham, SE9 1SL
  • 4pm to 6.30pm (London Borough of Bromley) at Bromley United Reformed Church, 20 Widmore Road & Glades Place, Bromley, BR1 1RY

If you would like to ask a question, please send it to us in advance via email to: oxl-tr.foundationtrust@nhs.net or call 0300 123 1541. The deadline for submitting questions is Friday 13 October 2023.

Please let us know if you plan to attend, and to which event – either email: oxl-tr.foundationtrust@nhs.net or call our membership line on 0300 123 1541,

A recording of one of the events will also publicly available via our website shortly afterwards.
