Dr Abi Fadipe | Chief Medical Officer

Dr Abi Fadipe | Chief Medical Officer

Dr Abimbola Fadipe, MBBS, MRCPsych, MSc, PGCert (management) is a Consultant Psychiatrist currently working clinically in outpatient dementia care. She has over 18 years’ experience of working with people with mental health problems in different areas of London and the South East. Her areas of interest are in developing interventions that improve quality of life in dementia, outcome measures and clinical leadership training in multidisciplinary teams. She has a wide experience in the field of research and obtained a Master’s degree in Psychiatric Research from the University College London.

As a Clinical Director for six years, she has led on various local and national change programmes. She trained as a Quality Improvement Coach with the Institute of Health Improvement and has provided support for a number of Quality Improvement Projects in South London.
