Our Executive Team are experienced NHS professionals with specific management and operational skills. They are responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the trust. The Executive Team is led by Chief Executive Ify Okocha and the members are:

Iain Dimond | Chief Operating Officer

Iain Dimond | Chief Operating Officer

Iain Dimond joined Oxleas in 2009 and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO)vin July 2019. He had previously been Service Director for Greenwich Adult Services and Trustwide Learning Disability Services.

His professional background is in occupational therapy, and he has over 30 years’ experience working across a range of health settings in a variety of clinical and operational leadership roles.

He currently chairs the Cavendish Square COO Group, the Greenwich Local Care Partnership Board and was previously a member of the NHS England Adult Mental Health Steering Group.
