Our Executive Team are experienced NHS professionals with specific management and operational skills. They are responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the trust. The Executive Team is led by Chief Executive Ify Okocha and the members are:

Iain Dimond | Chief Operating Officer
Iain Dimond joined Oxleas in 2009 and was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in July 2019. He had previously been Service Director for Greenwich Adult Services and Trustwide Learning Disability Services.
His professional background is in occupational therapy and he has nearly 30 years’ clinical experience working in adult mental health, older peoples’ mental health and adult learning disability services. He is a member of the NHS England Adult Mental Health Steering Group.
