Children and Young People’s Services

Lisa joined the NHS in 1994 ​as a Speech & Language Therapist with a particular interest in working with pre-school children and their families.  Since transferring to Oxleas in 2011 with Greenwich Community Health Services she has had a variety of roles including Head of Profession for Speech & Language Therapy and Trust Lead for Allied Health Professionals.  

In 2014 she moved to Adult Community Services and became Head of Service for Specialist Teams and was appointed as Associate Director for Adult Community Services in Greenwich in 2017. 

Lisa is delighted to return to the Children & Young People’s Directorate as their Director. She has a Master’s degree in health management and enjoys transformation work which enhances the quality of services and improves patient experience.
