Our Executive Team are experienced NHS professionals with specific management and operational skills. They are responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the trust. The Executive Team is led by Chief Executive Ify Okocha and the members are:

Rachel Evans | Director of Strategy and People
Rachel started her career as a government lawyer and has held a number of senior positions focusing on strategy development, change management and improving staff experience. She has worked across a range of different public sector organisations, including in central government and in Europe. She joined Oxleas from South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.
She is the Senior Responsible Officer for Staff Equality, Diversity and Inclusion across the South East London Integrated Care System and is also Chair of the Bethlem Gallery, which works with artists who have experienced mental health services to lead change in health and society.
