Sarah has worked with Oxleas since 2014 and has held senior positions within a range of services, including learning disabilities, mental health and adult community services, and as Associate Director and Clinical Director for Bexley and Greenwich.
Sarah also led the development of Bexley Care which is the partnership between mental health and physical health services within Oxleas and the London Borough of Bexley Adult Social Care. This included the development of a single point of referral to these services as well as working within localities to support the care of residents closer to home.
Sarah, who is a qualified nurse, has a particular interest in developing more responsive, integrated and person-centred services closer to home for people and was delighted to return to adult community services as the Service Director in 2021.
