Aryan Chaudhary | Rest of England

I have been a governor since November 2025.

I am the Director & Chief Scientific Advisor at BioTech Sphere Research, India, a Unit of NeoNexus Healthcare Pvt Ltd, and an emerging global leader in health technology, data-driven innovation, and digital governance. My work focuses on transforming healthcare systems through Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, IoT-driven diagnostics, and machine-learning–enabled decision intelligence, particularly within rural and underserved communities. I also serves in international editorial, technical, and advisory roles across IEEE, ACM, APHA, and leading scientific publishers.

I became a governor to contribute my experience in digital health innovation, systems design, and evidence-based decision frameworks to support Oxleas’ mission of delivering high-quality, equitable, and person-centred care. Having worked extensively on strengthening healthcare accessibility for remote and vulnerable populations, I felt strongly aligned with Oxleas’ commitment to safety, community wellbeing, and continuous improvement. My professional background in AI-enabled healthcare, global health governance, and patient-centred innovation motivates me to ensure that emerging technologies and service redesigns reflect real community needs, transparency, and inclusive representation.

The best part of being an Oxleas governor is the ability to amplify service users’ voices and contribute to strategic decisions that directly impact community health outcomes. Engaging with diverse stakeholders — patients, carers, clinicians, and public members — provides vital insight into how governance can shape safer, more responsive, and more digitally empowered services across the Trust.

I am actively involved in global health research, community-driven healthcare models, and digital innovation initiatives. My work includes collaborations on rural health access programmes, ethical AI frameworks, and training networks for capacity building. I am also engaged in academic scholarship as a Guest Editor, Series Editor, and supporting knowledge development that strengthens public health systems and service delivery.
